Stacked Graphs

Post by skyewright » Sun Dec 19, 2010 3:11 pm

Hi,

At present sdaycount and sstack can only be used with (un-smoothed) line graphs.

It would be very nice if they could be used with step &/or bar graphs.

It would also be nice if daycount values could be output to tables or CSV export?

These would be interesting variations to apply to the heating degree day graph I've just posted to the Graphing section of the Forum

I am also interested in this feature.
I need it for my tempdays-1year graphic.
I don't like the line graphic very much. I think it's a little bit difficult to extract the information you want.
So I have tried to make a bar graphic for that http://www.meteoplug.com/cgi-bin/meteoc ... 1a19091f05
The problem are the months with frost- and summerdays. For example in April.
There were 4 frostdays and 2 summerdays but because you couldn't stack the bars you see only 2 frostdays and 2 summerdays.
I would like to stack the summerdays on the top of the frostdays.
Months with either frost- and icedays or summer- and heat(?) days are no problem.
Because these days are a subset of the other I can get the desired view by placeing the bars in the right order.

regards

Michael
