Missing data ?

Post by Miboon » Sat Aug 08, 2015 5:25 pm

Hello Boris,

I recently began tu use Meteoplug (since 5 August 2015).
Firstly, I would like to say the service you providde is absolutely faboulus. I really like it!!!!

I have a question for you. When I try to display my data, I remark that there are some gaps with my sensors, especially with the pressure one located in the station (WMR-88).
I can explain some of them : the Meteoplug was not connected, so no data were uploaded. But for the others, I don't konw why hey cannot appear. I recomputed the data but the pressure data were still missing. I tried to find a solution on the forum.... Sorry, I didn't find it

Is it possible that when we are connected to the application, the Meteoplug client (TL-MR3020) is not able to upload the data ?

Thank you a lot for your answer,

Miboon

When just pressure data shows gaps, it is most likely that the console does not report that reliable to the Meteoplug client.
When gaps are affecting all sensors, reason might be located elsewhere.

Do the Meteoplug client log files give an idea about errors?

Thank you for your reply.

I made a total reset of my station. And all is going well now. There are no gaps anymore.
Thank you a lot !
