additional 30 days for free for all users

I added 30 days more of usage period for all Meteoplug users.

As Meteoplug service is still heavily under development with new features just implemented (templates for example) this allows you to test it one more month before deciding if you want to use it ongoing. 30 days adder has also been applied to licensed users.

The terms and condition of usage are lined out in the wiki (if you are able to
understand Germany or English). You are free not to choose this product if you
can't accept not to have a formal refund option for a yearly fee of 29 Euro after
having tried it out 30 days for free. strange...
