Import historic data from Brian's Weather Display

Is there a way to import the database of historic data from the Weatherdisplay program.
The main reason to move to Meteoplug/bridge/hub is to get rid of PC based programs to upload and display weather data. So there must be a way to retain all the history that has been build by these programs. Any experience or suggestions?
