Meteoplug on Mac OS X

Hi,

Wondering if anyone has ported Meteoplug to run under Apple Mac OS X?

The new Mac Mini's are running unix (although not linux), and they use a tiny amount of power (<10W

Since I need a MacMini on anyway it would be really nice to just avoid needing a Sheevaplug and just use the Mac.

Thanks

1) wrong forum, meteoplug is not "meteohub on sheeva", it is something completely different (see www.meteoplug.com).
2) meteohub runs only on dedicated hardware and is not designed to be just another app on a standard linux pc. you can use the vmware version of meteohub to make it run on a standard pc, although i don't see much sense in this unless the pc really is a 24/7 server.

Sorry, my bad

That's exactly my situation.... I'm running a MacMini 7/24. I see there is a version of VMWare (VMWare fusion) for the Mac which while sold to run windows can interface run linux too.

Has anyone had any experience running meteohub on VMWare Fusion on Mac OS X?

(I guess I should register for the meteohub forum and post this there...)
