After some system cleanup yesterday, the import queue scheduler was halted. I just restarted that and it took about 30 seconds for each of the queued jobs to import.

I changed to 20 years of possible history. So you can upload your stuff and it should not be purged by nightly cleanup jobs.

Yes, there is a limit of 10 years. Nightly cleanup job purges older data.
