i'm testing Meteoplug from a week (labottemeteo.altervista.org) and i would need of clientraw.txt; can Meteoplug generate this file?

no, just a very limited subset which is needed to feed the WD-Live applet integrated as Meteoplug instruments.
There is no external clientraw data feed.
