Implementation of a mysql backup dump that starts at about 2:00 AM have thrown quite a few connection errors and DB locks. To what we do understand, reason has been excessive table locking. As more than 300 stations are actively sending data and do trigger lots of recomputation tasks, these table locks had stopped some recomputation jobs and might also have had an impact on logging raw data.
If you have data gaps on early morning of 3rd November 2010, you might consider to start a recomputation of your data (on "inspect data" page).
According to my logs only two uploads of raw data should have failed. MACs 00:0D:B9:1C:88:B4, 00:0D:B9:1C:7C:30,
