Yes, but where you set it depends on where your Meteoplug data is coming from.

If you are supplying data from hardware that is running the Meteoplug client (e.g. a Bifferboard, or Fritz!Box 7270) then you make the adjustment on the Setting pages in Meteoplug server.

If you are supplying data from hardware that is running Meteohub, then you make the adjustment on the Settings page on your Meteohub.

Judging from your screen shot I think you are feeding Meteoplug from a Meteohub, in which case the second option would apply.

I found the upload interval in the meteohub software. But it starts with a 10min interval. There is no way to upload every 5min!
