new time format / removing zoom buttons

Is it posible to make an new time format.

i want to change :
2010-12-25 23:55 to 25-12-2010 23:55

And is it possible to remove all zoom buttons?

Have you tried the periodselector and scrollerselector options mentioned in the Chart Settings section of the wiki?
